Event Description

Display a booth at CDHA's premiere educational conference.

Exhibit at the CDHA Spring Scientific Session's Marketplace!
 
 
Space is limited to the first 20 vendors, and registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
 
Vendor booths include one 6-foot table, linen, 2 chairs, trash can, and meals for 2 representatives. Electrical Access is an additional $150 option for your booth.
 
Admission and lunch for representative is included, and additional representatives over the 2 included can be added for a $75 fee that includes lunch. If you need any assistance with registration, please contact memberservices@cdha.org.
 
If your company would like to donate door prizes for the event, someone from CDHA will contact you to make arrangements for your donation.
 
Please note that by signing up for a vendor booth you understand that in the event you cancel your participation, CDHA will retain a $50.00 administration fee, if notified in writing by April 28, 2025. There will be NO refund after this date. In the event CDHA must cancel the Spring Scientific Session, CDHA's liability shall be limited to the amount of the registration fee.
