The CDHAF Board of Directors is composed of the CDHA Past President, the CDHA Secretary/Treasurer, and three CDHA members-at-large, all appointed by the CDHA President. The CDHA officers serve on the Board for the duration of their elected terms and until their successors are duly elected and qualified. Members-at-large each serve staggered, non-concurrent three-year terms.
