The Executive Committee and the Board of Trustees (BOT) has overall responsibility for the management of the association vested with the full power to conduct all business and to ensure the best interests of our members are taken into account in management decision-making.

The BOT is subject to the laws of the State of California, the Articles of Incorporation, and the bylaws and mandates of the House of Delegates. CDHA’s Bylaws require that voting members of the BOT shall consist of one Trustee from each component, the elected officers of the Association, and the Immediate Past President.
